Conversion from Shimano 10 speed to SRAM - what parts do I need?
I have SRAM on my Cervelo and really like it. Thinking about converting one of my other bikes from Shimano to SRAM. Do I just need the SRAM shifter (thinking Rival) and SRAM rear derailleur or will more parts need to be changed? Can SRAM run an Ultegra front derailleur?
thanks.
thanks.

You can mix sram and shimano if you want it all works together.
The combo that I would go with it Sram Red shifters and Rival FD and Rear if you want to keep cost down this will give you at least the zero loss feature in shifting.

Personally I wouldn't change the front derailleur if possible. How often do you change front chain rings? Take that money and add it to your shifter or rear derailleur budget.
