Dura Ace 7850 and 7900 dust cover and bearing removal ?

Dura Ace 7850 and 7900 dust cover and bearing removal ?
On the 7850 and 7900 there is a rubber dust cover and rubber bearing holder in the hub. How do you remove it properly without damage?
