Compatible component groups for specialized

I have a guy who wants to sell me a specialized tri cross frameset, and I want to build this up from scratch. But before I do that, what component groups are compatible? I know shimano and sram groups are, could campy be compatible too?

shimano and sram groups are compatible with each other, but campy is not with them.

Ok. So I found a used campy group online, if I go with that, everything on my bike will have to be campy?

Most importantly, campy gearing needs a campy cassette, which means a campy-compatible rear hub. So, if you already have a wheelset that you want to use then this might be a problem. If not, you should be fine.

I'm running Campagnolo 10 speed shifters, SRAM rival compact crankset, Campagnolo front derailleur, Shimano rear derailleur, sram cassette. All works flawlessly, thanks to jtek shiftmate adapter at rear derailleur.
