Giante Revive

Odd bike but I like the upright riding position.

HOWEVER, I need a broken spring replaced. Called the bike shop and they said the only way to get parts is to contact Giant directly. I found the Giant website but there are no parts there and no way to call or email them. They have a Facebook page too but it is nothing but self congratulatory puppy poop. No way to post anything that isn't gushingly positive.

Does anyone know how to get to Giant? ..... and get a part?

Was the bike shop you called a Giant dealer? A Giant dealer can call Giant and get the part for you. Or give you their number.

Thanks for the info. Rather shocking that they don't have email or an online parts catalog!
