Powertap head won't find hub after firmware upgrade

Wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I recently updated the firmware for my 2.4 SL (non-ANT+) hub and now the head can't find the hub. I've tried "finding" the hub and have gone through the "Learn" process multiple times - nada. Changed the hub and computer batteries just for good measure.

Cycleops customer service hasn't responded to my email request. Ideally, I'd like to just go back to the previous firmware but it's not available for download. Any ideas?

Cycleops customer service came through. Turns out I just needed to be more patient during the "Learn" process (where the hub finds the code for the hub and connects with it). You need to keep the wheel spinning while the computer learns the code - in my case, nearly a full two minutes. Life (and power) are good again.

Most ANT+ devices are recognized instantaneously, so this does seem awfully slow. (slow enough that you might end up thinking something wasn't working)
