campy brake pivot

I have a new campy record 11 on a colnago frame. The rear brake, which is a dual pivot, pivots in on both sides, but when you release it only the right side pivots away from the wheel, the left side doesn't move. Not sure how to adjust that so they both pivot away like the front does. Will be taking it back to the lbs in another 3-4 weeks for the first tune up but would like to fix it myself if thats possible. Thanks in advance
