Campagnolo Brake Dissasembly?

I'm starting the teardown and clean up on my Pinarello...It's been sitting for ~18 years, so it's got a ton of dust/dirt/dried out things. I want to pull the brakes apart, but I cannot seem to get the mounting bolt out.

is there a trick, or specific tool for holding the "inside" nut, while turning the "outside" nut? I don't seem to have a wrench that is that slim, in that size...

Cone wrench?

my favorite brake!! you can use a cone wrench.. UH hold on a sec, ah 14mm but I prefer Park tools offset wrench OBW-3. don't lose the washers and they are pretty easy to readjust when you put them back together.

I actually like to put my brakes back on the bike for final adjustment.
