stuck rear wheel release

I was taking off my rear wheel to check something...
when I put it back on the lever got stuck, now I can't open OR move it.
Campy, american classic wheels.
I think i accidentally didn't put the wheel back in exactly right...i can't see too well closeup.
help i feel like an idiot.

Try losing the nut on the QR, use a wrench of some kind if needed. For whatever reason your QR was to tight to start with.

Some quick release nuts are shaped so that your fingers can pinch them, not to be held in a wrench.
If that is the case, clamp onto the nut with a pair of small vice grips and turn it counter clockwise.
