rear wheel pulls to one side
I have a rear wheel on a road bike that seems to pull to the left side when under load.
What I mean by this is that the wheel looks fine until I sit on the bike, then the rim moves towards the left side brake pad.
I just had the wheel checked out by my LBS and it's both laterally and radially true. I also tried the wheel on another bike and it does the same thing.
I'm not a heavy guy. I wouldn't suspect a wheel to do this unless there's something wrong, but I sure can't figure out what it is.
Any thoughts?

What to check on the hub? It's a PowerTap hub. Just making sure the axle locknut is tight?
The wheels have about 1000 miles on them.

Figured I would post on here to see if there was anything I could check easily before taking it back and having them look at it.

Rear dropouts horizontal?
Then you need to switch to a steel quick release...the alloy quick releases are best left for use with vertical dropouts.
=8-)

ok let me get this straight. your used the wheels previously on another bike for about 1000 miles with no problems. you then take them in to be trued and then used to build a bike and now it has developed this problem. or did this develop after putting 1000 miles on them after the build up?
