Question about Rock shox.
I have Judy rock shox. And i have a spring preload adjustment.
My question is that how much pressure is already on the spring? If I decrease the preload does it relieve preload on the spring?

The Judy's(which model year??) came with different spring ratings for rider weights which spring you have i don't know... iirc you can simply decrease the preload all the way out (-) and then increase preload (+) using the knobs on top of the fork. You can tell by the sag if this had any effect... but there is a good chance the've worn out.
