The Zipp SL145 stem has an "Angle" spec of +/- 12.5 . I think that means that you can the mount the stem one way and position the handlebar higher, or invert the stem and position the handlebar lower. Is that a correct interpretation of this spec?

I like this stem because it's advertised as being the strongest carbon stem, and it looks strong. I had a Deda carbon stem that got recalled because of incidences of cracks forming. Not a good thing.

Yes you could mount it ether way.
