Chain rubbing REAR derailleur

(Cassette being directly below the cog in the image, arrow showing direction of chain movement)

Pretty self-explanatory. Is something wrong with my derailleur? (The chain came with the bike, and isn't even close to rubbing on the opposite side)

Odd.

Usually that means someone reinstalled an incomaptible pulley, or installed it with incorrect parts. That's all I can think of ATM.

The hanger isn't bent, right?

Doesn't appear to be. Is there a more reliable way to tell?

Move the chain out of the way and look at the teeth in the pulley with respect to the RD cage. If they're not centered, or very close to it, than either the cage is bent, an asymmetrical pulley is backward, or a spacer is missing from one side between the pulley and cage.

If the pulley teeth are centered and the chain still rubs, either the hanger or RD cage is twisted.

Does it rub in all gear combinations or only several?
