stem size
Can anyone say with any sureity that my 1992 trek 2300 pro has a 1" not 1 1/8" stem?

Since it's a 92 is VERY likely it's 1" but, without measuring the steerer, there is no absolute certainty.
Is it threaded or threadless? If threaded, the probability of it being a 1" quill stem is nearly certain. My '92 1420 had a 1" threaded steerer and a 1" quill stem. |
