Old parts, new frame, to what extent can I swap?

I own a Giant Seek 3 and have recently purchased some classic styled accessories and parts, I'm not sure how they'll look so I am wondering if I can swap my frame for a more classic style. Question is, is possible to put old parts onto a new frame with a different shape? Please help! (I am getting honey Brooks but will be colouring to look like the top saddle in the photo)

You can certainly use a brooks saddle on your bike. The only problem with that is how far back you can slide the saddle. Brooks does not use particularly long rails on their seats so if you need your seat to be far back you might have some trouble getting it back far enough but yes, it will mount up fine. Also it seems you have some sort of unknown [to me] tires in the lower picture. Your bike currently has 700x32 tires, as long as the new ones are also 700x32 or close [700x38 would be fine] you should be in good shape.

Saddles haven't changed. The Brooks will fit fine.

I see from the tag on the tires that these are Delta Cruiser tires. That may be a problem. If you go to Sheldon Brown's website and find the page on tires (see the sticky thread at the top for Sheldon Brown dot com links) you'll see that there's a few different and non compatible 26 inch formats. Cruiser tires being one of those. So if I'm right and these are a cruiser tire they won't fit. Sheldon's page on the tire sizes will have the information on how to tell which size these are.

If it turns out that the tires fit I'd suggest that you don't color the saddle. The cream tires and honey color saddle would actually go together not badly. I'd suggest looking for some true cork bar grips to set off the saddle and balance the highlights of the tires and saddle.

DM, Those tires and saddle will be fine on that bike. A more classic styled mountain bike/hybrid may be unequipped to deal with disk brakes, BTW.

What frame are you getting?

It's not the shape of the bike that defines what components and accessories you put on it, it's the type of frame. Going from a mountain bike frame to a road frame for example. The rear spacing id larger on a mountain bike and the BB might be different.

As a hybrid, your frame is a bit of both. The style and components of a mountain bike with the wheels of a road bike.

Thanks everyone, have taken what you've said into account, and have decided to stick with my current frame.

BCrider: The Ebay seller wrote on the description the dimensions for the cram cruiser tyres and they claim to fit. Hopefully they do fit, but if they don't I'll use your explanation when reutrning them.
