My Nipples are popping!
I have a problem.
Ok, wheel is un-trued because I took a dump on my road bike.
Fixed the brake, the handlebars and checked the frame.
Front wheel is off by half an in inch a wobble side to side.
Fixed it.
Rear wheel needs to be redished (10 speed to single speed conversion)
Fixed it
Prestressed the spokes by squeezing them. I did it hard enough.
Go for test ride, nipples pop and wheel is untrued.
It's not a big deal, they enture to like 1 mm out of distance and I can't stand it.
Any help?
Also, sprayed with wd40 and oiled nipples before I touched the rim.
Thanks in advance!

Is it laced correctly? if you can't get it to go correctly, would take it to your LBS / wheel builder for them to get right

Would take it back to them, and get them to fix it, if they built it. If the issue was caused by a crash, is the rim(s) damaged, it/they may need replacing if it is causing your issues

I don't think it's caused by a crash. The rims are good double walls rims and my crash was at like 0.2 mph. They just pop after I prestress them when I go for a test ride.
I just want to know if there is any way to keep them from loosening when I go for the test ride.
It's not a big deal, it's just less efficient as it is. I first discovered this after I took a 40 mile run and in the beginning my wheel untrued when I stepped out of the house. I rode 40 miles without noticing a change

What do you mean, popping?
Those pings and creaks from the spokes bedding in? No big deal. If you can't pre-stress your wheel hard enough, it's always going to happen. Just keep truing the wheel until you've ironed it out.
With enough tension in the spokes, nipples don't turn against the rim. What happens though, particularly with thinner spokes, is they'll twist a bit when you crank up the nipple (although lubing minimises this). Experienced builders can feel this happening and overshoot when they tighten a nipple, then untwist the spoke without backing off the thread. You can put tape flags on the spokes to help with this.

You can reduce tension and bend the rim back or just replace it.
Rear wheel needs to be redished (10 speed to single speed conversion)
Fixed it

Stick a piece of masking tape on spoke and turn it. See how the tape flag moves? The nipple isn't actually getting tighter until the tape stops turning.
You want to overshoot by that much (which will be more with higher tension, poor lubrication, and thinner spokes. You'll get more windup on the drive-side of rear wheels) when tightening a nipple and then turn it back.
Sometimes you miss a spoke or two. If you put the wheel on the ground axle-end down with a piece of wood or something to keep from digging into the floor, go around the wheel pushing on opposite sides, and then flip and repeat once you've gone around 360 degrees you'll undo what's left.

With that much of a bend you're likely to have problems maintaining enough spoke tension on the side the rim is bent towards and may end up with broken spokes or cracks around the rim spoke holes on the opposite side.
You can reduce tension and bend the rim back or just replace it.
