Threaded BB30 vs OSBB (PF30) on Specialized Tarmac SL3
Simple question that I've seen multiple, different answers: Is there any benefit mechanically to either setup? Planning on running w/ Red Cranks if that makes a difference.
I'm 205" and in the midwest, so mainly looking for a crit bike.
