Advice on replacing a Tiagra brifter shift cable

I will soon be changing my bike's FD shifter cable that's fraying at the pinch bolt. The compact double bike has Tiagra, 9 speed, ST 4500 brifters. I have replaced the brake cables on these brifters but I am not sure how to get the shifter cable out of the brifter. I would appreciate advice. Thanks, Frank

Pull the lever as if you're braking and push the cable from the housing side out. It comes out sideways of the lever. It'll be obvious when you brake where the cable sits.

Also, release the shifter the whole way - inner lever 10+ clicks. Before attempting.

Much easier than I had thought. Thank you, Operator.
