Cane Creek Spoke Tension

I have managed to lose the manuals for my Cane Creek Strados and Terros wheels, and it's time to tune them up.

Anyone happen to have manuals so that they can tell me the appropriate spoke tensions (including drive/non-drive for the rear)? I can't find them anywhere online, including Cane Creek's website.
