That bike shows evidence on the rear derailure of falling or crashing. There are scrapes on the main body and on the attachment point. This most likely bent the hanger creating the risk of this interference with the spokes. Alivio Derailure are inexpensive. It looks like you will need this plus probably a new hanger since once bent, they are more prone to breakage. You will also want to look for any spokes that have damage and consider replacing those as well. If they are damaged and left, they will probably be the first ones to break at some point.

From the pictures you might have dodged a bullet and gotten away with less damage than you might have. The fact that the breakaway hanger didn't fail is an indicator that you were going very slowly when it happened, so the forces were relatively low. You might or might not need a new derailleur and also the hanger, which could probably be straightened. You also need to have the wheel checked, but odds favor it being OK.

Now as the cause, which will also tell you how to prevent it in the future. Your hanger is bent inward. This is usually from the bike falling over and pushing the RD in. With index shifting there's a tipoff of the problem, in that the RD, moved from it's original position won't index properly, and need the cable tension adjusted to reset the trim (centering on each gear). RD's don't suddenly change trim, so anytime you find yourself needing to adjust it, especially if moving it out, take the time to eyeball the hanger and check the inner limit screw.

Adjusting the trim without checking the hanger or the inner limit is an invitation to putting the RD into the spokes, and as you've proven, the plastic spoke protector doesn't prevent it (though it might well have mitigated the consequences).

Thanks a lot.

Also do you know what hanger do I need since it does not say it in my bike specs.

I have Shimano RD-M410 as my rear derailure

The hangers are specific to the frames (all are the same at the RD end). So you want to buy a hanger to fit your bike maker and model.
