I got an adjustable setback distance, with a Saddle adapter pin, made by Brompton.

It sits clamped to the top of a common 7/8" top seatpost, and provides a horizontal 7/8" steel tube .

a saddle clip rotates all the way around, Once again Brompton supplies the Best.

the seat post itself can come from Kalloy, or RivBike brings in Nice ones from Nitto,Japan.

Velo-Orange has a 30mm setback post, not the cheapest but it is a good looking post and still pretty affordable.

Check out the Kalloy Uno model that Wallbike sells. Good setback, and a simple design. Not too pricey, either.

if you buy a VO 32mm setback grand cru seatpost, I would take a very fine metal file and deburr the edges.

I think mine cracked from high stress and metal fatigue. my saddle was quite far back on that seat post.

I would go for the kalloy uno in 30mm setback if you want one that's just cheap but decent in quality and weight.

Plus the shaft tends to be undersized on the VO posts.

Well there's always this, if you can find a NOS or used one in the right diameter. It's a boat anchor but it does have massive setback.

Somebody over on the CTC forum had this crazy idea

That's a mock up. He planned on welding them together.

You could also look for a Titec Hellbent Layback. 1.5" of setback. I think only the Sakae is longer.
