As long as they have the same number of bolts and the BCD, they will work fine, that's what they are designed for being aftermarket rings.

As others have pointed out, if the BDC and hole pattern matches, they'll fit.
I ran some Race Face rings on my MTB a couple of years ago, and they shifted terribly. Only time that I've experienced chainsuck on that bike. I installed a new chain and cassette when I installed the rings, so everything was fresh.
