Help! Stripped bolt on rear nutted brake

Hello all, so I was tighening the bolt where the rear brake on my old Trek bike attaches to the frame and I guess I overtightened it. Now the nut wont tighten or come off, it just spins on the bolt. Any ideas on how to get it off of there?

You mean a caliper brake attached to the seatstay bridge and there was incorrect spacing relative to the threaded bolt so that now the nut is stripped and spins over the bolt? Or do you mean a disk brake bolted to the right rear chainstay? You'll have to cut the nut or bolt and look for replacements at the hardware or speciality fastener store. I'd use a cutting wheel on my dremel tool.
