Name of a Bike Part

Hi,

Can somebody please help me out with the name of a particular bike component. It resides right next to the brake discs and is used to adjust the brake pads. The shape is circular and in the middle is a threaded screw through which you can tighten or loosen the proximity of the brake pads from the discs using an Allen Key.

SRAM call it an 'adjustment knob', Shimano an 'adjustment screw'

The adjustment knob is attached to a bigger component. I'm looking for the the name of the whole component.
