SRAM Parts

I've been looking to replace the pulleys in my '08/'09 SRAM Red rear derailleur as they're worn but SRAM only sells them as a pair with the bearings for around $140. Anyone know where I can pick up a set without the bearings?

You will most likely be better off getting another brand unless you want the ceramic bearings which on a jockey pulley wheel really aren't doing much.
You could get any 10t jockey wheel or if you want to stick to Sram branded pulley just get some for Force, Rival or Apex the set is only about $20.

Sorry, let me clarify. The intention is to swap the ceramic bearings I currently have in my Red pulleys into a new set of Red pulleys without the bearings.

Will the Red bearings fit Force/Rival pulleys? And are Force/Rival pulleys compatible with the Red derailleur cage?

Check the # on the bearing it will tell you if you can swap.
You could get some Tack replacement Jockey wheels and swap bearings, I do think they are the same size they run about $23 they have a bearing with code on the seal 607 = (7 x 19 x 6) this number is the same as the ceramic all you need to check is see what bearing is in them the code on the bearing is standard with all bearings. Letters may be before or after the numbers this tell you if they are steel, ceramic etc... it's just part of the code.
Most likely the same size on other Sram jockey wheels with bearings in them.
