Bearing Replacement on American Classic Rear Hub - How to ?

I have an older (5 years ?) American Classic CR420 wheelset I bought from a guy. The rear axle spins a bit roughly, so I assume the bearings should be replaced. Boca Bearings seems to have whet I need, but what's the correct way to remove the old ones, and install the new ones ?
