kmc chain pin?
Does anyone know where I can order a replacement chain pin for a KMC Dx10sc? I can't seem to find one around.

To my knowledge, KMC doesn't a pin for closure as does Shimano. KMC chains take connecting links for the job.

Measure 'stretch' might be time for a new chain anyhow, one is included.

Well, here is the story. Stupid me cut the new chain a couple links too short. So do if I use the quick links, I will have 3 in my chain. Is this a good idea?

But a question. You should only end up with two. the original, and the one to splice the extension on. Why the third?

You're right, two. I mistyped the three. Thank you for the help.
