How to measure a monocog 29er...

I bought what I thought was a 19 inch monocog 29er. It feels a little small, though. How do you measure the monocog? I can't find any diagrams of measurement online. When I bought mine I measured from the center of the BB to the top of the seat tube (where the seat post inserts).

Thanks.
