Crank arms and the allen key type fitting?

Hi everyone, I am about to fit a splined bottom bracket and the pedal arms. When it comes to fitting the pedal arms, the bolt that fits the pedal arms to the bottom bracket axle has an allen key fitting. Whilst i have the correct allen key/hex key to fit it, i want to tighten the pedal arms to the correct torque. How do i fit an allen/hex key to my torque wrench? Is there a kit for fitting allen/hex keys to a 3/8th torque driver? I dont want to damage the splines on the pedal arms after hearing the stories of pedal arms continually coming loose.

Thanks reptilezs. I got them from screw fix. I tried 3 hardware shops beforehand and couldnt find them, but have them now.
