Un-buckeling wheels

I have a buckled wheel on my bmx. how do you unbuckle them, i know that you tighten and loosen them, but wich ones??

would be very gratefull if some one could give me a bit of insight :D

If your wheel is 'buckled' as opposed to a bit out of true, then you should take it to an LBS and let them see if they can salvage the rim.
