Bent Fork???
 
I was told my fork might be bent....I thought it might have been the picture angle but now Im not too sure...thanks for looking

Yes, your fork is bent. The simplest fix is to remove the wheel, grasp the blades in your hands, put your feet against the bottom bracket shell, and pull until you've spent $500 at the chiropractor.

More complicated and accurate fixes are available, but they cost more than the bike is worth.

Hmmm,
Looks like a fork trail adjustment was made to make the handling more responsive.

You can pull it back out; but why? It'll handle like an unloaded touring bike.
