Adapt Braze on FD 7800 to 2009 Madone 5.2

I picked up a braze on FD 7800 that I want to install on my 2009 5.2 which is designed for a clamp on derailleur. What adapter will work well?

Pretty much any adapter can do the job. From my familiarity with Madones, I'd go with one that spreads the clamping pressure out as much as practical, maybe Shimano's own SM-AD15.
