Shimano Tiagra RD4600 - can it handle a 32-tooth MTB cassette?

Anyone tried running a 32-tooth MTB cassette with a Tiagra RD-4600 rear derailleur? It's supposed to handle up to a 30-tooth cassette.

I have a 9-speed MTB RD on one of my bikes so I can get a really low gear, but the shifting with 10-speed shifters isn't all that great. It workds, but it could be better.

A Tiagra RD isn't all that expensive, so I was thinking I could swap out the RD and get better shifting.
