Yes I have paired it several times. Cadence registers just fine have also replaced all batteries???

Go shopping . repair of PC cards was not planned for.

thought Mavic stopped making those ..

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Does the wheel magnet pass close enough to the pickup? If that's not the problem and it's new or still under warranty, take it back to the dealer or return it for a replacement. Otherwise, as fietsbob rather cryptically put it, go shopping. These things aren't repairable.

Thanks fietsbob, exactly what I thought. Hillrider I am the dealer! I work for BGI in Indianapolis and we couldn't figure it out either, certainly the magnet is super close. Thought I'd post it here just in case........thanks guys! I don't need no stinkin' computer!

Try playing with the magnet position a bit. They can be too close also.
