How di I measure what size chainring will fit on my crankset?

I have a campagenolo crankset (170 length) amd I need to know what size chainring will fit its bolt pattern. How can I measure that?

its not a matter of what sizer chainring per se, its a matter of getting chainrings with the propper bolt circle diameter. That is, the diameter of the imaginary circle which intersects the middle of each binder bolt hole.

Campy stuff uses 135mm/74mm--look for this when you are looking for chainrings.

You need to know the bolt circle diameter which, on a 5-arm spider, isn't easy to measure directly. Measure the center-to-center distance of any two adjacent chainring bolts.
32.9mm = 56mm bolt circle diameter
34.3mm = 58mm
43.5mm = 74mm
55.4mm = 94mm
64.7mm = 110mm
76.4mm = 130mm
79.5mm = 135mm
84.6mm = 144mm

Thanks! That makes things *much* easier than trying to measure across the ring from center of hole to center-of-imaginary-parallel-hole!
