Brake Compatability

I have a 2010 Jamis Endura with Shimano 105 ST-5600 STI levers and Tektro R358 long reach calipers .. It's time for an upgrade... Will the Shimano Ultegra 6700 brake calipers fit and function with the current STI levers?..

Any insight would appreciated

The pull ratio will be off, you want 6600 calipers instead
