4mm outer diameter brake cable housings?

Does anyone know if 4mm brake cable housing exists?

I'm in the process of refurbishing a vintage Peugeot folding bike. This bike has internally routed brake and shifter cables, which have to be able to bend 180 degrees in a small arc when the bike folds. Since the rear derailleur is pre-indexing, the original shifter cable housing is coiled, like brake cable housing, but it's unlined and narrow-- 4mm. The 4mm diameter allows it to be snaked through some pretty tight ports and passages. I tried snaking standard-issue 5mm Shimano brake cable housing but the casing kept getting snagged and torn, it's simply too fat.

I don't want to go with SIS derailleur housing (even though it's 4mm) because it's much less flexible and will get kinked when the bike is folded.

What's the thinnest diameter brake housing out there? Unlined is okay. I suspect there is 4mm brake housing out there but I can't seem to find any.

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

To my knowledge, nobody ever produced 4mm brake housing. Inner wires are larger at almost 2mm so that imposes a lower limit on the housing. The thinnest bake housing I'm aware of is the old Clark's stuff, whose OD is somewhat under 5mm, more like 4.5mm.
