THat it is, well i think radial truing is fairly difficult. It took a while for me to get that down. I went down to my bike shop and spoke with the owner who i highly respect. And luckily for me as i was in talking to him a guy went in and asked for his wheels to be trued so i watched him go at it. Since tehn i sort of "got it". One thing i find though is that as you get the wheel true, especially radially true, the spoke tension seems to balance itself. Maybe thats just me.
