"Brake lever hoods". They tend to fit specific levers, so those for your older Shimano 105 levers may be hard to find. However, it took me about 10 seconds on Google:

When searching, make sure you're not looking at hoods that fit "STI" or "brifter" levers. These are somewhat different.

Yes, lever hood is the most commonly used term.

You can still get replacements for most popular hoods of current or recent production. Availability of hoods for older levers is generally only for top end stuff.

Search brake lever hoods, and you might find replacements. Be careful about buying older stock, or use levers with the same hood. Age & UV damage make older hoods brittle and they'll tear when you try to install them.

Although I've never seen that exact model of lever (on all the Shimano aero levers I've seen, the plastic bit extends down to cover the pivot), the body looks identical to every Shimano aero lever, so you should be able to find replacements quite readily. Perhaps even in white, if you like.

BTW, the 'aero' bit just refers to the cable routing.
