Trek 6500 (2002) BB specs

Greetings,
I sent an email to Trek, but no response. I also checked on the net, and the best I got was Bottom Bracket: Unspecified and BB Shell Width: Unspecified. So here I am: I need to replace the bottom bracket on my trusted Trek 6500, from 2002. I'm stuck right now because my Park tool doesn't work on the right side to remove the BB, and I'm waiting for one I ordered. In the mean time I'd like to go ahead and order a BB to save time. But... I can't find the specs. If someone out there knows the specs for a squared bottom bracket that would fit, I would certainly appreciate the info. Thanks.

73mm shell width. The spindle length you need will depend on your particular crankset.

Wow! 5 minutes to get an answer to my question! Saying that I appreciate your help is an understatement.
I thank you very much.
