BB90 bearing replacement-mr2437 (24x37x7)
Anyone tried Enduro Abec5 bearings to replace the stock Enduro Abec3's? Just trying to upgrade without the inflated ceramic bearing prices.

This topic comes up from time to time on this forum. Do a search on some of the old threads.
It seems to me that the frictional loss in ball bearings is so low that reducing it to zero would make an imperceptible difference. Changing the bearing lube from grease to light oil would probably have a much greater effect. I think upgrading to ABEC5 or ceramic would be far more effective in separating you from your money that from your competitors. But, hey, it's your money.
