swap my ultegra 6700 for 105 5700?
some how my RD got bent and the mechanic can't get it back right. can I just replace it with a 105. both are 10 speed. i'm not to worried about weight.

Yes, they are completely interchangable. BTW. if the rear derailleur got damaged, check the alignment of the frame's derailleur hanger too.

That's what I was thinking too. It takes a gauge to realign the dropout on a bike with a 10-speed cassette. It wouldn't surprise me if the derailleur problem goes away once the hanger alignment is checked.
