Repair stands

Yep, I need to clear it up! In one of the forums a while back someone asked about repair stands for carbon fiber bikes. The thread drifted from clamp stands to repair stands that supported the bike where you were able to clamp at either the front or rear end after removing the wheel similar to the PRS-21. I am really looking for a part, a support bracket that goes under the frame just below the crank. Thanks, sorry for the confusion!

nluhr, that is a very nice work table, I may copy that for my work shop. Any plans? Thanks

So despite the subject of your thread (Repair Stands) you're actually looking for a work bench or are you looking for a work bench mountable repair stand?

I'm so confused by this thread.

I'd highly recommend a clamp bench above all else. I wouldn't even touch a repair stand, repair bench or a clamp stand.

AFAIK BF does not allow to correct thread title. Otherwise the OP would fix it.
