Bottom Bracket Removal

Could someone please advise me as to how to remove this bottom bracket?

No picture, no brand, model - could use some more info. You could also just Google "remove bottom bracket," as well as look up specs on your bike to see what type you have if it's original equipment.

Far more efficient to read instructions with pics or watch videos than to read a bunch of posts that will leave things out.

This is a classic cup/cone bottom bracket. The basic design was in production for over 50 years, until the cartride BBs cmae out in the 80s. (or late seventies). The lockring threads off with a spanner, then the cup unscrews using a pin spanner. The spindle is then removed from the left, and the right (or fixed) cup is removed with it's own special tool. Note that British thread (ISO) bikes have left hand threads on the right, while Italian or French threads are right hand on both sides.

BTW the tools you'll need are similar to these, though may be different to fit your specific BB.
