i will try airing it up more today then. i am afraid to try for the 80psi listed on the sidewall but i will go slowly today and try for at least 70psi.

i don't want to mislead anyone by commenting in a thread and them think i know something worth while pertaining to a bicycle.

i went out and aired my tires up again, to just under 70psi. they stayed in, ha ha ha. i just aired them slowly. on the daily 8 mile ride, no noticeable change in ride harshness or anything crazy, still rode like i imagine a road/race bike would ride. it was solid feeling and cut through the wind as smooth as i could ask for. i cut another minute off my 8 mile course time and i still had my normal 30mph head wind for the first four miles.
