Shimano compact crank on a campy 10 speed group
Will it work? Group is campy chorus carbon 10 speed and current 10 speed campy compacts are the lesser levels. Trying to switch to compact and 172.5 from std and 175. Any other Compacts you would recommend?
Thanks

it's generally just another double crank chain line dialed in, tooth count same..
chain shoves off one ring to the other .... chain settles over the teeth, it's all good enough..
of course Campag sells their own.
bound to be someone's carbon stuff that satisfies..

As long as you have Ergo brifters with the multiple click "micro-shift" indexing, not the "Escapement" type, yes, it will work fine with any Shimano compact crank.

I use an FSA compact crank with my Chorus 10 speed and I never gave it any thought that it wasn't Campy. It'll work just fine.
