Inner tubes and stereo instructions
Stereo instructions have gotten much better, but in the past they were simply translated from Japanese to English without any English syntax. Well here is an inner tube example from Hong Kong from Amazon;
Product Description
Ideal replacement for the broken tube tire of your mountain bike. Suit for the bike tire that measures 24X1.75/1.95EV. Inflate the tire with a bicycle pump, but not too much or too less. Users need to buy another rubber band when using, which is not included here. Please make sure that this tube is fit for your tire before buying. (this red text was used in the description..??)

I wonder what kind of rubber band is so important..

I'm guessing they're referring to the (not included) rim tape.

+1 I'm sure that's what they meant. I also remember the owner's manuals that came with Japanese cameras and cars in the late 60's through early 70's that were apparently word-for-word translation directly from the Japanese. It took at least two careful readings to realize what they were saying.
