Uh... kind of ambiguous. Do you want to replace the spokes and true the wheel, replace the whole wheel, or replace the rim? Specifics help.

How many broken spokes? Rule of thumb I use is that if you break more than 3 spokes, the others will start following and its a good time to do a complete rebuild of the wheel with new spokes.

OK- if it's temporary, just put the spokes in, true the wheel as best you can, and go ride. If it's a cheap wheel and you've broken that many spokes, it's likely that the rest of the spokes are fatigued and ready to break. I would buy a couple extra spare spokes and replace them as they break. This can be frustratingly educational. New wheels are a good solution.

Before you even do what Jeff Wills suggest...
With your hands on both sides - grab parallel spokes and give them very hard squeezes - it'll hurt a little.
Do this for two rotations...if a couple more spokes suddenly break - time for a new wheel. (Spokes are already fatiqued...)
If they hold - then Mr. Wills...
=8-)

Yeah, I agree. My son's factory wheel popped about 5 total spokes over the course of a month a year ago. At that point I just replaced them all and all has been well.
