Need Help Finding Adjustable Seat Post
 

My wife's bike has a seat post that allows adjustment of the saddle for front to rear positioning. I know this type of mount allows a limited amount of adjustment to the tilt angle of the saddle, but we just can't seem to find the sweet spot. My bike saddle can be adjusted front rear, but also allows for precise tilt adjustment as the adjusting bolt is on the side instead of the bottom of the clamp.

I cannot seem to find a clamp like that. Any ideas?
