What part are you describing as being the lock out v?

For a 2013 bike, this should be covered under warranty.

sorry for my English. I was super tired. what happen is. my remote feature doesn't work. and it could be because of my weight. because it did but now the lock out feature doesn't... the lbs inspected that the cable was pullng throughly. so the lock out is broken. not the remote. what worries me is i think it's because of my weight and not because of a. so i want to maybe upgrade to one that's stronger for my bike. I really want a lock out and suspension. I'm a messenger, so i will be losing a great amount of weight. I weight between 250-300

You are under the 300 limit that Trek puts on bikes, so this should be repaired by Trek / Suntour under warranty if you bought the bike new and it is still within the Suntour warranty period. If not, you may be out of luck.

One thing may consider is going to a rigid fork until the weight loss occurs, and keep the repaired, warranty fork (if it is covered under warranty) to reinstall after you lose the weight.

Or you may want to consider a more robust fork with a more robust lock out for your particular situation.
