Sram 22 FD with 10 speed shifters compatibilty?

Sram Force 22 (11 spd) yaw FD with Force 10 speed shifters, crank and RD.

Anyone tried this yet? The official word from Sram is it is not compatible but I ordered the wrong FD and wonder if I should try it out on my 10 speed rig.

From what I've read, the cable pull ratio is the same between the 10 and 11 speed FDs. If there is any issue, it will likely be something related to the narrower FD cage rubbing on the chain.

Here's what Velonews says:

The new front derailleur has been optimized for the 11-speed cassette spacing and slightly narrower chainring spacing, and given the Yaw designís careful timing, itís entirely possible that it wonít work with 10-speed systems. Itís also entirely possible that, since the cable pull has not changed, an old 10-speed front derailleur will work just fine with 11-speed kit. Our guess is that it will all work, but with a bit of chain rub on the front derailleur. However, donít buy anything on that hunch; wait until we get a group in and test for ourselves.
